Zo verwijder je je account
In de app: open Instellingen → onderaan "Account verwijderen" en bevestig. Je account gaat direct offline.
Zonder de app (bijvoorbeeld als je die al hebt verwijderd): mail naar support@samenapp.com vanaf het e-mailadres waarmee je inlogt (dat van je Apple- of Google-account, of je eigen e-mailadres), met als onderwerp "Account verwijderen". We verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen per mail.
Wat blijft bewaard, en hoe lang
• Gedeelde huishoudinhoud die je hebt aangemaakt (lijsten, taken, activiteiten, medicatieregistraties) blijft zichtbaar voor de rest van het huishouden, zonder jouw naam. Het is de historie van het hele huishouden. Wil je dat ook laten verwijderen, vermeld dat in je mail; dan verwijderen we het binnen 30 dagen.
• Versleutelde back-ups van de database worden 90 dagen bewaard, uitsluitend voor noodherstel, en verdwijnen daarna vanzelf.
Alleen gegevens verwijderen, account behouden
Lijsten, taken, activiteiten en medicatieregistraties kun je zelf in de app verwijderen. Wil je gegevens laten wissen zonder je account op te heffen (bijvoorbeeld alle registraties van een kind), mail dan naar support@samenapp.com met wat er weg moet. Dat is binnen 30 dagen gedaan.

How to delete your account
In the app: open Settings → "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm. Your account goes offline immediately.
Without the app (for example if you've already uninstalled it): email support@samenapp.com from the email address you sign in with (your Apple or Google account, or your own email address), subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
• Your ability to sign in: you can no longer log in and your email address is removed from the sign-in system.
• Your name and profile photo.
• Your push tokens and notification settings.
• Your household membership.
What is kept, and for how long
• Shared household content you created (lists, todos, activities, medication logs) stays visible to the rest of the household, without your name. It's the whole household's history. To have that removed too, say so in your email and we'll delete it within 30 days.
• Encrypted database backups are kept for 90 days, solely for disaster recovery, and expire on their own after that.
Delete data only, keep your account
You can delete lists, todos, activities and medication logs yourself in the app. To have data erased without closing your account (for example all of a child's logs), email support@samenapp.com with what should go. It's done within 30 days.
